(also known as LIC). The film is produced by S. S. Lalit Kumar and Vignesh himself under Seven Screen Studio and Rowdy Pictures. It stars Pradeep Ranganathan and Krithi Shetty in the lead role, alongside S. J. Suryah and Yogi Babu.

Initally, the film was supposed to star Sivakarthikeyan in the lead role. Following an announcement in March 2019, Principal photography was scheduled to commence in July, however, due to long-script-process, the film got dropped. Later, in 2023, the film got picked up with Ranganathan in the lead role, with announcement in September 2023. Principal photography commenced in December 2023 in Chennai.
The film has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
